One of the benefits of serving the community's health care needs is the many opportunities to meet new patients. Thanks to many of our existing patients, our patient family has grown leaps and bounds over the past three decades. In order to show our appreciation to our patients, we have developed what we refer to as the "Patient Referral Program."
The program is simple, easy, and designed to demonstrate how much we truly value our patients. For every new patient that is referred to our office, we welcome them with a $30.00 opening credit on their account (a copy of the referral card with the referring patient's name must be presented upon their first appointment). For the referring patient, we thank them for their hard work by applying a $10.00 credit to their account per referred patient.
